ASP was established in 1998 with a portfolio of work over a wide geographical area. From its inception the aim has been to provide top level client service, and the company enjoys an excellent reputation with much repeat business through favourable recommendation.

ASP has expanded steadily since the beginning and there are presently six members of staff.

Andy Stevens Dip TP MRTPI MRICS continues to head the company from its offices in Crowborough and he is both a Chartered Town Planner and a Chartered Planning and Development Surveyor.

Sophie Westlake BSc MA MRTPI has been with the company for three years and has a particular interest in matters affecting Heritage Assets.

Ashley Wynn BA (Hons) MA has local government experience and joined the company from Westminster City Council. He has specialist knowledge of the enforcement system but deals with a wide range of other planning work.

Laura Hills BA (Hones) MPLAN joined us at the beginning of 2011 and deals with a range of planning matters including appeals and planning applications.

Sarah Stevens is the Company Secretary and financial manager and Rachel Churcher is the office manager.
