ASP was established in 1998 by Andy Stevens following a career that included 10 years local government experience in the south east and a further eleven years private practice experience based in the south east, East Anglia and Oxford, with a portfolio of work over a wider geographical area. A large part of that time was spent with Savills, in their regional planning offices in Cambridge and Oxford.

From the inception of ASP the aim has been to provide top level client service, and the company enjoys an excellent reputation with much repeat business through favourable recommendation.

ASP has expanded steadily since the beginning and there are presently five members of staff.

Andy Stevens continues to head the company from its offices in Crowborough and he is both a Chartered Town Planner and a Chartered Planning and Development Surveyor.

Sophie Westlake who joined us just under two years ago.

Canan Evircan who came to us two years ago following experience with Planning Aid for London.

Sarah Stevens is the Company Secretary and financial manager and Rachel Churcher is the office administrator.
